Front plank: 90 sec
Side plant: 30 sec each side
Torso twists: 30 reps
Plank up: 10 reps (holy crap those are tough!)
Boat pose: 2 sets of 10
Side plank/twist: 10 reps on each side
Bicycle: 60 reps
